Digital Marketing Specialist

To strengthen our international team in Düsseldorf, we are offering a full-time position as         

Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f) / (Senior?) Online Marketing Manager - SEA (m/f)

 

ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The job of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to deliver the EMEA customer acquisition strategy through digital, social and online activities to generate extraordinary customer experience und increasing demand for our outstanding products. This is a hand-on role with a wide range of duties that links Content Marketing, Content Management, User Experience E-Commerce and Customer Relationship Management. You are involved in the development of digital strategies in cooperation with HQ China, the marketing team leader and top management. You plan, implement, track and optimize our online marketing campaigns using conventional online marketing tools and controlling external agencies.

 

YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES:

1. Independent planning and efficient implementation of online marketing strategies and plans

2. Localize and deliver content that will engage, educate and inform customers through the use of digital and social marketing technics

3. Ensure synergy and consistency of content across the EMEA region

4. Focus on continuous improvement by constantly identifying and improving the customer journey and user experience

5. Maintenance, optimization and further development of the website according to SEO

6. Creating and managing our AdWords Search, Google Display Network and Bing Ads campaigns and continuously optimizing keyword portfolio, ad copies, landing pages and bid management strategies

7. Enhance the measurement of digital, online marketing activities through reporting (such as Google Analytics)

8. Make data-driven recommendations for changes or improvements to platforms or processes and increase effectiveness of the campaigns

9. Evaluation and implementation of online marketing tools (such as Searchmetrics, Sistrix)

10. Responsible of the European Amazon Vendor Central Accounts

11. Responsible for European country domains

12. Planning, implementation and control of Newsletter Marketing activities

13. Planning and implementation of an In-app billing

14. Manage and update content on the E-Commerce site to ensure our products are featured prominently and any upsell opportunities are maximised

 

YOUR PROFILE:

·          You have several years of experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Google AdWords

·          Experience with bid management and campaign management tools are a plus

·          You have a marked preference for informative and inspiring content

·           An affiliation with numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions as well as a high level of initiative and reliability

·          You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality

·          Knowledge of JavaScript/AdWords Scripts or any other object-based language are a plus

·          Previous experience a dynamic/international environment is a plus

·          Strong communication skills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style

·          You speak fluent English; any other European language is a plus

with the perspective of the Position as Country Sales Manager (France) with the responsibility of all sales activities in France.

Responsibilities

1.     Develop and secure new business by working closely with prospective Key Accounts to achieve forecasted targets.

Job specifications

·           Proven sales experience in the sales of products that need explanation

·           Strong natural sales ability, highly motivated to over-achieving against set targets, team player

·           Technical understanding, excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Strategy: Develop and implement business plan and sales strategy for assigned markets that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

2. Customer\Distributor Management: Monitor and control customer\distributor performance and satisfaction level, and forecast purchases; Review status of distribution agreements; Communicate with customers regarding production issues, inspection issues, shipment issues; Develop marketing strategy, product launch and product life cycle plan with customers and distributors; Control use of visual guidelines by customers and distributors; Develop business plan and sales strategy for assigned markets that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

3. Marketing: Provide (i.e. packaging design (note: artwork), manual design, media support, e-commerce support) to regional distributors. (note: support communicating with customers);Implement ECOVACS marketing budgets, annual marketing plan with customers and distributors; Plan and implement brand events with customers and distributors; Assist customers and distributors in participating or executing regional trade shows; Public Relations maintenance with customers and distributors.

4. Responsibilities:

1. Product Management

Product change: Evaluate the product change feasibility. (Internal change request & External change request); Implement the product change for each country/region.

Artwork change: Be responsible for graphic artwork change judgment. Recognize the Artwork change affected by the product change. Only regarding to product change-technical side-only for English version

Product Document ManagementBe responsible for product documents maintain: SPEC/Product Price/launch plan, etc.

Cost down project implementation: Implement cost reduction projects on each region's products

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate marketing resources from HQ and subsidiary to promote operation target according to the company strategy

2. Organize and implement the standardization and networking of international marketing planning;

3. Cooperate with external partners and media agencies for international publicity

4. Establish a communication channel between HQ and subsidiary for a smooth progress of international market planning

5. Establish and optimize international market publicity material database

6. Work closely with international sales channels to maximum propaganda value 

7. Keep an eye on marketing activities of competitors and make relevant action plan

Qualification:

5 years or more experience in planning international market strategy and experienced in provide guidance for subsidiary aboard
